Q Code Break It. Sweepstakes Official Rules

QVC, Inc. ("QVC") and Mobile Discovery, Inc. (collectively referred to as "Sponsors") are sponsoring the Q CODE BREAK IT SWEEPSTAKES. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by all terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors whose decisions shall be final and binding.

HOW TO ENTER: Sweepstakes to commence on March 31, 2008 and end April 21, 2008. To enter, Scan the 2-D Barcodes located on the campus of Case Western Reserve University each day between 12:00:00 AM ET and 11:59:59 PM ET for your chance to win the Daily Prize. Each daily entry will be entered once to win the Grand Prize.

Incomplete or illegible entries will be automatically excluded. Any other attempted form of Sweepstakes entry is void.

All scanned entries for the Daily Prizes must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on the applicable day.

Sponsors are not responsible for lost, misdirected or late entries caused by hardware or software errors or other technological malfunctions or failure of any kind or invalid/non-operational email address, disconnection or garbled email transmissions. Sponsors are not responsible for the failure of the delivery carrier responsible for delivery of any entry.

Sponsors are also not responsible for any incorrect or incomplete Sweepstakes information on www.mobilediscovery.com, whether caused by web site users, the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or other cause. In the event of a dispute, all 2-D Barcode entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Holder of the cellular phone account and such Authorized Holder shall be considered the valid entrant. "Authorized Holder" as used herein is the natural person who is registered with the wireless service provider (or similar provider) for the cellular phone number.

DRAWING – Daily Winners will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible scanned entries for that applicable day and will occur on or about the day after entry. Grand Prize Winner will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible scanned entries between March 31, 2008 and April 21, 2008. The drawing for the Grand Prize will occur on or about April 21, 2008. The number of eligible entries received will determine the odds of winning. Winning entries subject to validation./

Total Estimated Prize Value: $4,393.49. Prizes cannot be substituted or transferred by Winners. If a Prize must be forfeited, Winners will not be given the cash value of the prize. . In such event, alternate Winners shall be selected from among all remaining eligible entries received. Prize Winners are solely responsible for all expenses not expressly included. All taxes are the responsibility of the Winners. Winners are responsible for picking up their Prize from a designated location within a specified time period. PRIZE PROVIDED BY QVC, INC. ("Prize Provider").

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsors. Winners of this Sweepstakes will be notified by cellular phone and by mail and shall be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where legal) an affidavit of publicity upon picking up their Prize within the indicated time period. Noncompliance within this time period or return of prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification with an alternate Winner being selected. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any individual that Sponsors determines in its sole discretion to be tampering with the Sweepstakes (including the entry process). Sponsors may prosecute fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law. Prize Providers reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to substitute the advertised prize (or component thereof) with another prize/prize component of equal or greater value should the advertised prize/prize component be unavailable for any reason. Unless otherwise prohibited by law, Winner grants Sponsors and its affiliates and subsidiaries permission to use Winner’s names and likenesses for advertising/trade/promotional purposes and to disclose Winner’s first name and city without further notice or further compensation. Winner, and Guests of Winner, agree to release and hold harmless Sponsors and their affiliates and subsidiaries and their directors, officers, employees, and agents from any damage, injury, loss or other liability that might arise from their participation in this Sweepstakes, or from their acceptance, use/misuse of prize, or from the malfunction of prize.

ELIGIBILITY – The Sweepstakes is open to students, faculty and staff members of Case Western Reserve University, 18 years or older as of date of entry who maintains a valid, working @case.edu email address. Employees and agents of QVC and Mobile Discovery, Inc. and their parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings and spouses) and their same household members are not eligible. This offer is void where prohibited by law, and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
