Q Code Make It. Sweepstakes Official Rules

QVC, Inc. ("QVC") and Mobile Discovery, Inc. (collectively referred to as "Sponsors") are sponsoring the Q CODE MAKE IT SWEEPSTAKES. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by all terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors whose decisions shall be final and binding.

HOW TO ENTER: Sweepstakes to commence on March 31, 2008 and on April 20, 2008.

A. Code Creator

a. Log into the Mobile Discovery website.

b. Go to "My Content."

c. Choose the "Plus" Card (+) to create a new piece of content.

d. Choose the QVC button to create your content.

e. Complete the template. Be sure to select the appropriate prize from the "External Web URL" drop down menu.

f. Save.

g. Go to "My Barcodes" and associate the content with the code. Once your code is created, you will be entered once into the drawing. For additional entries, see (h).

h. Promote your code. Encourage others to scan your code. Each time your code is scanned by a third party, the third parties name will be entered (once per individual) to win the prize associated with your code. For every 4 third party scans of your code, the code creator’s name will be entered into the drawing for one additional entry.

i. Limited to Case Western Reserve University students, faculty and staff with a valid, working @case.edu email address.

B. Code Scanners

a. Case students, faculty and staff can scan codes for QVC prizes between March 31, 2008 and April 20, 2008 for their chance to win the Prize associated with that code.

b. Limited to Case Western Reserve University students, faculty and staff with a valid, working @case.edu email address.

Note:

1. You need not be a "Code Creator" to be a "Code Scanner."

Incomplete or illegible entries will be automatically excluded. Any other attempted form of Sweepstakes entry is void.

All scanned entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on April 20, 2008.

QVC is not responsible for lost, misdirected or late entries caused by hardware or software errors or other technological malfunctions or failure of any kind or invalid/non-operational email address, disconnection or garbled email transmissions. QVC is not responsible for the failure of the delivery carrier responsible for delivery of any entry.

QVC is also not responsible for any incorrect or incomplete Sweepstakes information on www.mobilediscovery.com, whether caused by web site users, the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or other cause. In the event of a dispute, all 2-D Barcode entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Holder of the cellular phone shall be considered the valid entrant. "Authorized Holder" as used herein is the natural person who is registered with the wireless service provider (or similar provider) for the cellular phone number.

DRAWING – Five (5) Winners will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible scanned entries and will occur on or about April 23, 2008. The number of eligible entries received will determine the odds of winning. Winning entries subject to validation.

Total Estimated Prize Value: $1,649.46. Prize cannot be substituted or transferred by Winners. If a Prize must be forfeited, Winners will not be given the cash value of the prize . In such event, an alternate Winner shall be selected from among all remaining eligible entries received. Prize Winners are solely responsible for all expenses not expressly included. All taxes are the responsibility of the Winner. PRIZE PROVIDED BY QVC, INC. ("Prize Provider").

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsors. Winners of this Sweepstakes will be notified by cellular phone and by mail and shall be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where legal) an affidavit of publicity within the indicated time period. Noncompliance within this time period or return of prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification with an alternate Winner being selected. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any individual that Sponsors determines in its sole discretion to be tampering with the Sweepstakes (including the entry process). Sponsors may prosecute fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law. Prize Providers reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to substitute the advertised prize (or component thereof) with another prize/prize component of equal or greater value should the advertised prize/prize component be unavailable for any reason. Unless otherwise prohibited by law, Winners grant Sponsors and its affiliates and subsidiaries permission to use Winners’ names and likenesses for advertising/trade/promotional purposes and to disclose Winners’ first name and city without further notice or further compensation. Winners agree to release and hold harmless Sponsors and their affiliates and subsidiaries and their directors, officers, employees, and agents from any damage, injury, loss or other liability that might arise from their participation in this Sweepstakes, or from their acceptance, use/misuse of prize, or from the malfunction of prize.

ELIGIBILITY – The Sweepstakes is open to students, faculty and staff members of Case Western Reserve University, 18 years or older as of date of entry. Participants must have a valid, working @case.edu email address. Employees and agents of QVC and Mobile Discovery and their parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings and spouses) and their same household members are not eligible. This offer is void where prohibited by law, and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
